This is so funny! I like to say the "peanut" is running your life...I got this term from Jill Bolte Taylor who was a brain scientist who had a stroke only on one side of her brain and was fully aware form her spiritual and energetic side while being unable to function in logical terms. She says that the part of your brain that dos all the talking, judging, worrying and logical thinking, is only the size of a peanut! Imagine that we let that tiny part of our brain control the rest of it and ruin our lives with all the negative self talk, fears and what ifs. You can take control back from your "peanut", and live in the flow of bliss that is our natural state. BE, in the moment and choose to see what you want, not what you fear!
