Happy New Year!
I wish for you a most powerful and amazing 2009 filled with everything you could ever desire!
I have come up with a slogan for 2009. Remember the unofficial slogan for 2008 was "Be Great in 08?" Well for 2009 - it's also appropriate - "Align in 09!"With the shifting energies on the planet, the invitation to align with the new energies is powerful.
Align with what?.. well try these on and see how they feel...
ALIGN yourself with your goals.
ALIGN yourself with your dreams.
ALIGN your energy with the energy of that which you are wanting.
ALIGN yourself with the energy of the new energies birthing on the planet.
ALIGN yourself with your highest good.
ALIGN yourself with your Higher Self.
ALIGN yourself with your Power.
ALIGN yourself with ALL Beings.
ALIGN yourself with Prosperity and Abundance.
ALIGN yourself with Peace.
ALIGN yourself with Love.
ALIGN yourself with Miracles.
Of course.. we can always "Be Fine in '09!" too! No matter what swirls on around us, we are loved, cared for and always protected. We are Fine! And we "Shine in '09!" as we create our lives powerfully.
My friend Stephanie Bell, the Spirit Coach, has a technique to release the old from 08 and open up space to receive and allow the new energies of 09! Design your New Year from scratch! I have excerpted the following from Stephanie's two part series.
To get started... write out all the things you DON'T like about this past year and don't want to bring forward with you. Those things that you feel prevented you from reaching the heights you dreamed of. Old resentments, old hurts, old fears, old worries.
Make a list of everything you want to leave behind, release, let go of. I prefer to write each thing on a separate piece of paper (tear some slips up, use little post-its, or 3 x 5 cards), but you can do it all on one page also.Think about these areas:
Work
Relationships
Health
Family
Money
Then burn the list. Carefully please. In a fireplace, in the sink. NOT in a garbage can. You can also shred the list. As you are burning or shredding, say something along the lines of this:

"Now release everything that keeps me from my highest good and everything
that keeps me from my highest good now releases me!
Thank you Universe! And so it is!"
Then notice the open space. Meditate to open yourself up further. You now have opened up clear, clean beautiful space to fill with all the good that you have every dreamed of! So what do you want in there? Dream big, pretend a fairy godmother has appeared and is granting you every wish you ask for. What would you ask for. Make a list.

Then sit down and write out a DETAILED scripting of how 2009 WENT (past
tense) for you. Write it as if you were writing it on December 31 of 2009 and
looking back over the spectacular acheivements and accomplishments and amazing
growth you experienced in 2009.
It's a done deal. Feel the joy and
every emotion that goes with everything you wrote. You have lived an amazing
year. You hve the power to make 2009 the most amazing year of your life yet!
