You Know That Song Stuck in Your Head? It's Programming Your Life

I am continually amused by the programs thoughts that are programmed into my mind.  It is also amazing to become increasingly aware of  the "negative lean" of the cultural programming that we humans are fed since birth. 

Just earlier I caught my mind replaying an old song that I've always really like, it's by Foreigner "I Wanna Know What Love is"... It's a great song, good melody, chorus, great hooks ... however, I had to immediately stop myself from singing it when I became conscious of the words I was uttering..  "In my life there's been heartache and pain, I don't know if I can face it again.  Can't stop now  I've traveled so far to change this lonely life..."   When I realized what I was saying.. I burst out laughing and said.. no I don't want to program myself with THAT!   This was extremely powerful and I immediately replaced that program with one I wanted to live. I had to wonder though how many times have I just replayed the song over and over in my mind, singly along with it and NOT listened to the lyrics and realized what I was programming my mind with?

We all do this .... unconscious song snippets sung or stuck in our head, snips of people's comments replaying, phrases or words we've heard repeatedly, some in the guise of "constructive criticism" (often the veil over judgments) just play on, we aren't aware of what is playing in our minds.  And these "snippets", these words, these automatic replays create our world and our life.  We censor our actions and dictate our next moments of life with these "replays".  Truly the only censorship worth ddoing is on the replaying snippets themselves!

 

I can hear some of  you.. but the lyrics are TRUE.. there has been heartache and pain in my lif, I can relate.... SO WHAT?   The question is not whether it's true or was true and if it's something you can relate to - the question is, do want to have these words be true of your future?  Of course you don't!   Well your  unconscious mind does not know you are just reminscing or replaying lyrics of a song that it is "stuck in your head".  Programming is input and activated and the vibration is put out to generate more of that.

 

Choose your programming wisely and with intentful purpose.  If you watch television or movies, choose them too with intenful purpose.   Choose the music and lyrics you listen to and sing wisely and with intent.  Even choose the conversations you have with other people wisely and with purpose.  Avoid conversations about things that are negative.  Paying attention to how you are feeling and your mood-energy is a good indicator as to whether the conversation is uplifting or downpulling. There are a tremendous amount of downpulling conversations happening in our world today.  You need to consciously steer away from those and seek out the uplifting ones.  Even if the downpulling conversations are happening in your family.  You don't need to participate, truly there is no country or Universal law that says you must.  Excuse yourself and go focus on doign something fun.  You know what?  The others will come to you eventually because all humans and beings want to feel good!

 

How you feel, your vibrational frequencies (emotions and feelings) are duplicated in  your moment by moment experience.  It's as if you are ordering from the menu of experiences you desire to have and feel (vibration) by playing a particular word pattern and emotions (vibration).  So you may find you need to change your mental radio station and quite possibly your real world radio stations too!  There is no such thing as a message or words that don't "get in", there is only a lack of our conscious awareness that they are.   As a child you had no influence over the input that was fed into your programming.  As an adult you do and if you are like nearly all the adults on this planet, you have a lot of "overriding" of old programs to do!

 

So delete the heartache and pain of Wanna Know What Love Is and get some stars in your eyes and prosperity, joy and dreams come true 'program' of Foreigner's Jukebox Hero !  Only and always you have the final say on what remains active and replays in your programming.  Live your dreams!
