Let's Jump The Ski Jump! Are You Ready To Ski The Olympics?

Wow! As if the anticipation of the beautiful energies of Oneness, Excellence, Achievement, Accomplishment, Mastery and Incredible Triumphs of the Winter 2010 Olympics in Vancouver aren't enough, we now can TOUR the venue, "ski" the slopes - "run" the runs, fly off the ski jumps ourselves!!  All without getting mowed down by any Olympic racers! Phew!

Well, ok, not exactly.  But we can do the next best thing!  We can "street view" them via Google Earth!  Ok... well maybe it's "slope view" - but hey... we are there!  C'mon pack up!  Layer on those clothes... The Vancouver Games open in grand style tonight February 12 with three hours of pomp and  stylized celebration of the cultures and the great athletes of World and includes the always moving lighting of the Olympic Cauldron. Check your local listings for the time Opening Ceremonies will be aired.

New Moon+Solar Eclipse = Powerful!

 

A New Moon is a good time for going within and really connecting with your inner divinity. The Source within you.  Cancer New Moons have to do with your real feelings, dependency, comforts, home life, family inheritance, and the memories, fears, longings that drive you (sometimes unconsciously). This New Moon draws us into the rich depths of those emotional-psychic waters.  It overtakes us so we have to "deal." We get real with the heart and the emotional reality we're living.  This New Moon is forcing out of what's in the emotional-psychic shadows for the collective (physical), and each of us as individuals. The time is right for clearing and healing, which sometimes just means....keep breathing and take a nap. (I read this as the next month is a good time to take naps and that makes me happy!)

 

A New Moon is an important time for for clearly stating what you intend to have be in your life in the next month.  Forget all about what you don't want to have in  your life, and clearly choose what you want.  Then write out your New Moon prosperity check.  A check made out to YOU, in NO $ - just "PAID IN FULL"  (put this in both the $____ and the line where  you write out the amount).  Then sign the check "The Law of Abundance".   Kiss it!  (yes.. this moves your loving intention directly into the check) and hide it or put it away and forget all about it!  That's it!

 

This New Moon coincides with a total solar eclipse on 7/22 making it even more powerful!  Unfortunately we on land masses will not have the best visibility. See:  http://is.gd/1FT35  Lucky readers in India and Asia may experience it.  The maximum amount of time that the sun will be hidden behind the moon on July 22, 2009, is just over six and a half minutes. However, the moment of greatest eclipse happens out in the Pacific Ocean. The eclipse begins back in India and curves in an arc northeastward into China and then just south of Japan before heading south to open sea.  Totality begins in India with the center line just 200 miles north of the heavily populated Mumbai, bringing darkness to Surat. The path of the shadow travels east-northeast across India, enveloping Indore and Patna, among others. The eclipse then continues to southern Nepal, northern Bangladesh, and most of Bhutan. Effective & Quick Anytime Fear Release

 

Lately many have been experiencing fear.  Either within yourself or feeling it around you in the expression of others.  Maybe the news found extra fearful things to highlight, whatever has caused this heightened fear vibration, there have been increased experiences of fear.

 

Please know that the fear is only within your mind and that fear can only be experienced when your mind projects itself into the future to project a false reality or outcome.  For nothing is real that has not happened yet.  Nothing that isn't real can harm you.

 

When you feel fearful you will notice you have a clenched feeling inside your gut or chest.  When you feel this tightness you are mentally focused in the future. It is important to come back to the present moment.  A quick and easy way to do this is to feel yourself in the body. 

You are the energy flowing through the body, you can feel yourself in the body.  Become very aware of and feel your feet touching the floor. Feel the floor pressing up against your feet. Find yourself in your body.  Feel your hands and squeeze your fingers together several times, touching the first finger to the thumb on one or both hands.  Take some deep abdominal breaths and allow yourself to feel the air flowing into your lungs and expanding the lungs and abdominal area.  Tell the part having the fearful thoughts ... thank you for sharing, all is fine.  Continue to focus on the words all is fine and well.  Feel the feeling of being loved and cared for (you need only to accept that you are).  Look around and find something that makes you smile.  Spend a few moments looking at that or remembering a memory that made you joyful and smile.   Allow the feeling of the joyful memory to wash over you filling you up, notice the expansive feeling in your chest.

 

Relax and be peaceful in the moment.

 

At any given time we have a hurricane raging around us.  We can either be caught up in the rain and wind bands along with all the dangerous debris that the storm has picked up or we can choose to be in the eye  of the storm. The eye is calm, peaceful and often sunny!  All is beautiful in the eye.

 

In life, until it becomes a habit, you must come back to the eye.  You will find yourself in the 'outer rings' over and over getting smacked by the high winds, rain and debris.  Practicing this technique will bring you back to the eye.  It can be done anywhere you notice you start to feel tense or worried or stressed.

 

It is also important to protect your own energy and your space daily.  You pick up other people's energies.  When there is a lot of heavy negative energy around, you want to put something between that energy and you. Take 1 minute and draw a circle around you with your arm extended. Allow the circle to expand to surround you like a ball.  Close your eyes and breath white light into that circle until you are encapsulated in a bubble of white energy.  Say to yourself, that no negativity or negative energies that penetrate your bubble, only positive energies can pass through and reach you.  You are protected.

 

Allow yourself to feel that you are safe and protected.
