I was reflecting on the fact that most people have a core issue that they are experiencing ‘stuckness’ with and are  looking to release or breakthrough.  Some may desire to feel more expressive and free.  Others may desire to stop self sabotage and still others may desire to feel peace and lose the anxiety. 

I currently offer the One on One sessions which are incredibly effective in creating life changing miraculous breakthroughs with a release of a often a lifetime’s worth of blocked energy, but not everyone has the resources to work with me in a One on One session.  

 

 

My Custom meditation is so fun!  It was inspired by my breakthrough One on One session.  I had Amy give me a different type of meditation, one for more energy.  When I leave it on, while I'm not even meditating or paying attention to it, I still feel subtle energy vibrations cleansing me in my blocked areas.  I am a fan of Amy's meditations, because they work.  I also have the receiving one :)   Plus her voice is so soothing, and her meditations are fun and entertaining!  Do it!  ~   Ami
