After getting the Money Reiki Healing mp3 I couldn't resist getting the Ideal Body Image Meditation. At first I was a little skeptical about a simple MP3 helping me to accomplish anything but with the success of the Money Reiki meditation I was up for anything. You see I have been struggling with my weight for most of my life. I've always been self conscious and had low self esteem. I wanted so much to feel good about myself... So I got this mp3 and I have found a true PEACE within myself.   I now feel like a million dollars. I try to listen to the meditation at least 1-2 times per week enabling me to stay on top of the negative thoughts that can creep into my mind as the week goes on. So far I've lost about 10 pounds without changing anything physically. The biggest change so far for me has been in how I feel about myself. I'm now comfortable in my own body. Something I've not felt since I was a really young child.   It's the most liberating feeling I've had in a long time. I feel I can accomplish anything I want to accomplish, INCLUDING achieving my ideal weight. I think for anyone to become their true self they have to believe in themselves first. The weight will continue to linger until your mind is freed from the thoughts and perceptions that you've built up in your own mind from your own thoughts and from societies comments and ways of treating you.   I'm so thankful to Amy for this meditation that I can't put it into words. Since I've "met" her online my life has transformed so much from her and her meditations. Thank you for a truly life altering experience during which I have re-claimed my proper body image. Listening to your CD before the group session was a very beneficial way to prepare as it "pre-soaked" my laundry for the "big wash" and put me at ease about the whole process.  I can also go back and re-enforce the healing at my leisure. I listened to the Meditation before the call and was feeling like I didn't have much self love for myself.  Then I got on the call a few days later and had  one ear on what was going on in the other room (with family so I didn't think I was totally into it). I was very relaxed and felt overall very good. The most magnificent part was when I went for a massage on Friday and the gal started the massage and I hadn't shaved my legs and normally comment on it and apologize for it. (as others do to me when receiving a massage) also I had some knots that she commented on and  a wave of self love came over me and I had so much kindness and appreciation for my body and my self. I loved the hairy legs and I loved the knots. They were mine!! Great creation I thought! So I have a new found appreciation and love for me!!

What was especially noteworthy for me about the Weight Loss - Ideal Body Image Energy Healing   was how vividly I could feel and see all of us in a big pink energy "egg".  It's unusual for me to see things when I meditate; I guess I have been closed-off to this in the past, so that was really neat. 

 
While I have not noticed a huge difference since the weight loss conference call. It does seem like my fat has redistributed somewhat--I used to have a hard ball of fat under my breasts that made me look pregnant. Now it has kind of softened into a general tummy. I'm sure it's all working itself out

I was on Amy Flynn's Weight Loss - Ideal Body call and it was a very powerful and transforming call. Amy has a beautiful calming voice that pulls you into extremely strong visualizations where you can not only see but feel the other participants. This was an incredible experience for me as I'm not usually a visual person. If someone says to me ' visualize a white light around you", or something along those lines, I usually can't do that. On Amy's call I felt that I was in the presence of 20 some other people, I could see their forms, and I could clearly see the "me" that I am now stepping into.
