Channeling Joy ~ Beautiful!

 

Today we speak to you on joy.  Joy is at the core of your being, your center.  It radiates outward from there and into the world.  Joy is a vibration.  You feel it as a feeling, but in the truest sense it is a vibration. 

 

Often people associate joy with things, situations, circumstances and what is going on around them.  Joy stands independent of these things.  Your joy is not connected to or dependent on any of these outer things. 

 

Joy is your natural state.  When you first arrive here, as a baby you are filled with joy, wonder, curiosity and enthusiastic desire for discovery.  This is your truest nature in this life.  You can be joyful just by deciding to be .  You do not have to wait for something to happen to experience joy, just decide.   We will offer a brief practice to connect with the joy that is hiding deep within you.

 

Close your eyes and take some deep breaths.   Breathing from your abdomen allow the breaths to fill you and push out your belly.  Allow yourself to pay attention to the feeling of inhaling and exhaling.  Pay attention to the breath.   Now focus your mind inwards, into your center.  See in there a bright yellow ball glowing. Can you see it?  Notice how round and bright it is, glowing bright yellow like a sun inside your.  See how it radiates light outwards from it's center.  Notice that it makes you feel lighter to "see" this bight yellow glowing ball inside of you. 

Now focusing your attention on the ball expand it so that it becomes larger and larger. Allow it to grow so that it increases in size. Continue to increase it in size until it fills you up inside completely.  Now put your consciousness inside of the yellow ball and allow yourself to feel the radiating light and energy from the ball.  Put your consciousness inside your center.  As you do allow a smile to come to your face and allow yourself to surrender to the vibration of the glowing yellow ball.  Feel the warmth and allow it expand from within.  Allow it to fill you up with a happy feeling.  Allow the happiness to expand and grow larger radiating outward.  As you dive into this energy and glow, you will not be able to prevent a smile from appearing on your face and a feeling of warm happiness and joy growing inside of you.  If done properly and practiced, you will experience a feeling of  joy so joyous you will feel about to burst.   This always works, as long as you successfully keep your attention on the glowing yellow light within and don't go off wandering with your thoughts.

 

All feelings you desire to feel are within the body and your core.  The mind only contains thoughts and lies.  Learn to not be led around by the mind and to take refuge in the wonderful vibrations always present in your body.  You can always bring yourself out of your mind and back into your body by pressing your thumb and forefinger together and feeling the pressure.

The Precious Gift

THE PRECIOUS GIFT

Once upon a time, when God had finished making the world, he wanted to leave behind a piece of His own divinity, a spark of His essence, a promise to man of what he could become, with effort. He looked for a place to hide this precious gift because, He explained, what man could find too easily would never be valued by him.

"Then you must hide this gift on the highest mountain peak on earth," said one of his counselors.

God shook His head, "No, for man is an adventuresome creature and he will soon enough learn to climb the highest mountain peaks."

"Hide it then, O Great One, in the depths of the earth."

"I think not," said God. "for man will one day discover that he can dig into the deepest parts of the earth."

"In the middle of the ocean then, Master?"

God shook His head. "I've given man a brain, you see, and one day he'll learn to build ships and cross the mightiest oceans."

"Where then, Master?" cried His counselors.

God smiled, "I'll hide it where every man and woman will be able to find it if they look sincerely and deeply enough. I'll hide it in their heart."

Restrictive Beliefs/Thoughts - Prison Guards?

The thoughts in your head are merely projections of your beliefs.  They can be like prisons holding you within a world that is not open and flowing and free. but restricted.  small. All too often your mind is not your friend, it is your prison guard. This very same capacity to think can create new worlds for you if you know how to use it correctly and escape the prison.

 

The part of your thinking that creates beautiful worlds for you is your imagination, it is a beautiful tool. The way to access this imagination is to let go of all the restrictive or preconceived thoughts that exist in the mind.  Now many of these are beyond your conscious knowing or awareness.   So how do you find them?  You notice their side effects.  When you are being held captive in the prison, you will notice you feel contracted inside and you are not feeling joyful (a feeling from within) and enthusiastic.  By noticing whether your mind has become prison guard or is available as your loving tool you can create things faster in your world.

 

An example: If you are imagining yourself on a lovely beach enjoying a beautiful day in the sun and relaxing on vacation. Now you hold this image in your mind and feel your self there.  Then if you pay attention to your life and notice, you will see you have not even made one attempt to go to the store and buy yourself a bathing suit for the beach. Therefore it would be safe to assume that there is thought or belief creating a prison that you are held within and this prison does not contain the stores you need to go to for your bathing suit.  Here is where you have a  choice.  In order to stay feeling comfortable and protected in your prison, you cannot have your bathing suit, therefore it is unlikely your visualized beach vacation is within your current prison either. 

 

You have to plan a prison breakout.  Now... this is metaphorically speaking.   Your prison is not touchable, yet if you look at your life, it is very tangible and observable.  With regard to the bathing suit prison, the way to break out is not to go around chanting "I am buying a bathing suit now" "I am so happy I have my bathing suit now" but to actually blow through the wall of the prison and go find a store with bathing suits and buy a bathing suit. Now... doing so will likely be very uncomfortable. You have remained in your comfy prison for a long time and now you must escape it to get what you desire so you can really get what you desire.

You may find yourself presenting lots of reasons to yourself (the conscious mind presenting them to the unconscious mind).  You should wait until you lose 20 pounds before buying your suit, you hate bathing suit shopping, you can always get a bathing suit when you arrive at your vacation destination - they'll cost less, and many more.  They are diversions and distractions off of your main route.. which is to the store to buy a bathing suit. Thank each diversion as it shows up ("thank you for showing up" or "thank you for sharing") , notice how thinking and giving the diversion power makes you feel and then get over to the store and buy your bathing suit.  This is referred to often as "pushing through the fear", feel the fear and do it anyway, let the fear be the energy to break through, and more.

 

Now you are at the store, watch your mind here and you'll probably find diversions galore popping up. Be resolute, buy the suit.  Bring it home. Leave it out.  Look at it and imagine yourself wearing it on the beach. Allow yourself to get excited about the beach. You have just let yourself know you are serious and you are the boss.   You are now much closer to your beach vacation and your former prison has been expanded. 

 

You are the prisons that your mind makes and locks you into, so in the example above, you have expanded.

Effective & Quick Anytime Fear Release

 

Lately many have been experiencing fear.  Either within yourself or feeling it around you in the expression of others.  Maybe the news found extra fearful things to highlight, whatever has caused this heightened fear vibration, there have been increased experiences of fear.

 

Please know that the fear is only within your mind and that fear can only be experienced when your mind projects itself into the future to project a false reality or outcome.  For nothing is real that has not happened yet.  Nothing that isn't real can harm you.

 

When you feel fearful you will notice you have a clenched feeling inside your gut or chest.  When you feel this tightness you are mentally focused in the future. It is important to come back to the present moment.  A quick and easy way to do this is to feel yourself in the body. 

You are the energy flowing through the body, you can feel yourself in the body.  Become very aware of and feel your feet touching the floor. Feel the floor pressing up against your feet. Find yourself in your body.  Feel your hands and squeeze your fingers together several times, touching the first finger to the thumb on one or both hands.  Take some deep abdominal breaths and allow yourself to feel the air flowing into your lungs and expanding the lungs and abdominal area.  Tell the part having the fearful thoughts ... thank you for sharing, all is fine.  Continue to focus on the words all is fine and well.  Feel the feeling of being loved and cared for (you need only to accept that you are).  Look around and find something that makes you smile.  Spend a few moments looking at that or remembering a memory that made you joyful and smile.   Allow the feeling of the joyful memory to wash over you filling you up, notice the expansive feeling in your chest.

 

Relax and be peaceful in the moment.

 

At any given time we have a hurricane raging around us.  We can either be caught up in the rain and wind bands along with all the dangerous debris that the storm has picked up or we can choose to be in the eye  of the storm. The eye is calm, peaceful and often sunny!  All is beautiful in the eye.

 

In life, until it becomes a habit, you must come back to the eye.  You will find yourself in the 'outer rings' over and over getting smacked by the high winds, rain and debris.  Practicing this technique will bring you back to the eye.  It can be done anywhere you notice you start to feel tense or worried or stressed.

It is also important to protect your own energy and your space daily.  You pick up energy from other people around you.  If they are within 3 feet of you or less (think standing in a checkout line or a crowded store) their energy jumps off them and onto you.   When there is a lot of heavy negative energy around, you want to put something between that energy and you. Take 1 minute and draw a circle around you with your arm extended. Allow the circle to expand to surround you like a ball.  Close your eyes and breathe white light into that circle until you are encapsulated in a bubble of white energy.  Say to yourself, that no negativity or negative energies will penetrate your bubble, only positive energies can pass through and reach you.  You are protected.  Allow yourself to feel that you are safe and protected.

 

Allow yourself to feel that you are safe and protected.
