Know Yourself As Love Energy ~ Powerful Channel

 

Today we speak to you on Love.

 

It feels to be a time when so many are in need of  connecting with the love that is within them   The love that they are. We are feeling a disconnect here and a searching outside of oneself for the love that one desires.  If this is so for you, we hope this will be of great benefit.

 

We desire to clarify something. You are the love you seek.  Yes, you are the love.  You are Love energy expressed in physical form. Life energy is Love energy.  It amuses us that humans get so far from knowing this as themselves.  They forget what they are and seek this love energy outside of themselves.  You will always feel a strong attraction to Love energy for it is the true nature of what you are.  You are looking for you.  So you seek far and wide for this Love energy. In others, in places, in careers.  You may find something that feels good for a bit - but it is not the Love energy that you ultimately seek so you go off again, seeking further.  Onto the next thing, the next person, the next place, the next career venture.

 

No one can give you what you already are. You are the perfect Love energy already.  Everyone else is this Love energy too, but they are it for themselves.  Funny thing we also see is that humans try to give Love energy to another without embracing it first as their Being.  The other's love energy must come from within them. You cannot give Love energy to another.  You can be powerful Love energy yourself so that it radiates from your core and outward and taps the other person's heart and says.. "this is you.. you are Love too".  So many relationships never blossom because those in them are trying to give Love energy to another or asking another to give Love energy to them.

 

How do you know that you are Love energy?  You just know.  It is a knowing, a feeling, an inner glowing.  We love to give you processes and we will give you one to find the Love energy that you are so that you can know this feeling.  So if you will, please be comfortable and close your eyes.

 

Breathe in deeply into your abdominal area and hold this breath within you.  Let it fill you.  See it flowing a lovely shade of red and exhale it slowly making your lips in an O shape.  Now draw in another breath from the top of you head, the crown chakra area and bring it down thru the spinal chakra points and into the lower abdominal area.  Again let it fill you and this time see it as a glowing orange... hold it and then exhale this orange light the same way through the mouth shaped liked an O.   Now inhale through the top of  your head a yellow radiating light and bring it down the spinal chakra points and hold in the abdominal area again.  Holding each colored inhalation for about 10 seconds of time.  Then exhale through the mouth with an O shape..  Now breathe in a green light through the top of your head and down the chakra points, and hold in abdomen for 10 seconds and exhale through O shaped mouth.  Now please do the same for the blue light and the violet light.  Please be sure to see the different colored lights flowing from the crown downward and into the abdominal area.  See the colors as you exhale. 

 

Now that you are fully present.. all chakras colors breathed in, please breathe in beautiful red and green light swirling together down the chakra points and into the abdominal area.  Allow this energy to swirl about for 10 seconds and then exhale through the O shaped mouth.  Now slowly bring in through the crown and down the chakra points a green glowing and shining energy.  Allow this energy to fill you up. Hold it and allow it to swirl about.  Instead of exhaling through the mouth, push this energy out to all your cells in your body. See each cell filling with the glowing green energy.  Feel the green energy reaching into every corner of your body. Feel the warmth and comfort of this green energy.  Feel it's richness and fullness.  Feel how full it makes you feel.  Now go to the heart chakra area and check your heart. Send the green energy to your heart area.  You should notice a fullness in this area and a warmth that extends out your arms and legs.  Take another breath through your crown chakra of green light energy and bring it to the heart.  See the heart and area around the heart filling with so much green rich and warm energy it is leaking over into the other parts of your body.  Now notice how this feels.  Notice the feelings of warmth, fullness, gratitude and sheer joy that accompanies this being filled with the green energy.  Notice that this green energy is you.. all of you... is this green energy and notice that this green energy fees very loving and full.  Keep noticing how this energy feels as it fills you so full and completely.  Notice all details.

 

Now make a thought to remember this feeling and program it so you can call upon it whenever you desire.  You may make a thought like: "I am programming this feeling of Love energy so that I will always remember this feeling and can call it forth at will".  This is how you feel when you are knowing the Love energy that you are.

Protect & Rid Yourself of Heavy Energies, a Channeled Gift

 

 

 

 

We are here to speak to you of energy.   We feel many of you are feeling less energetic than normal, or what you might call tired, fatigued or not centered.  You are not really fatigued, you have just polluted your energy stream and connection to Source. We shall examine this and offer a way that you can correct this. 

If you examine your life as it is being experienced by you, you will notice that there is a heaviness around you and it is almost as if the world is feeling weighted.  Naturally when you are the fish swimming in this heaviness you pick it up and begin to manifest experiences of feeling  heavy  yourself. 

We want to clarify that it is all an illusion and projection by and from you and the other sparks of consciousness. It is a vibration and is not what is so.  It is true the planet and it's inhabitants are experiencing shifting energies and these energies are new and different to you.  So when things are unknown, the reaction of the human protective mechanism is to seek to protect. Much like a turtle goes into it's shell, humans desire to close off and protect from this different feeling energy.   In truth these energies are just shifting.   They are not new, you may not have felt them as pronounced before, both they have always been present   Please forgive yourself for any tensions or weightiness you maybe feeling.  Forgive yourself for any fatigue or feeling that you are not your "usual self".  Please know that everything is perfect and that you are exactly where you are supposed to be and all these feelings are interpretations of something that feels unfamiliar.  Nothing more.

Now we are going to align you with the new energies that are around you so that you do not experience the heaviness.  Please sit comfortably and close your eyes.  Visualize a nice big round ball over your head. The ball is hollow and please  let it hover over your head. Choose a distance that is right for you.  This ball is white/silver/ glowing . It can be whatever size you want to make it.  Now as the ball sits over your  head, please see yourself sitting in the center of a beautiful large ball made up of white shimmering energy.  You are in the center of a very large ball.  This is your protection.  You are protected and sheltered from any negative or heavy energies.  You are safe.  Please relax.

  
Now bring your attention back to the ball over your head and allow it to start rotating on it's axis over your head.  Imagine an axis running through the ball that runs down through the top of your head and down your spine through all the primary chakra points.   As the ball rotates, the axis of white light is spinning too.  As this axis spins within your body it is magnetizing all the heaviness and pulling it to the rotating axis.  You feel all the heavy energies being pulled to this axis spinning in your core.  Please take 3 deep breaths filling into your abdominal area.  Hold each breath and allow the breath to be energized by the rotating axis.  Feel it expand outward in your body filling up every cell.  See the glowing white light rotating and spinning in each individual cell within your body until you see within you an infinite number of cells glowing with the swirling energy within them.  Exhale.  Breathe in again and do the same visualization seeing the white energy filling up each cell and spinning within it.   Do not rush it.  Allow the breath to stay within you .

Now bring your attention to the ball above your head and notice that it is glowing brighter and has pulled all the heavy energy from you.  Look into your body with your inner eyes and see that your body is filled with a glowing white silver light and that this light is within each cell.  Notice how you feel.  The heaviness is gone and you are now synched up with the new energies that were feeling so unfamiliar to  you.  Now Allow yourself to become slowly aware of the physical surroundings you are in, feel your body within the three dimensional space and slowly open your eyes.

How do you feel?

Please use this when ever you feel out of sync with the energies around you and to protect yourself from feeling effects of the heavy energies that are being manifested and projected by many beings on the planet at this time.  Focus on being joyful.  Laugh, sing, dance and play.  This is your job.  To enjoy.

In the meditation the chasm or rift that separates you from what you desire to receive is healed and closed leaving a clear path for that which you desire to flow to you.  It is a very powerful process.

Lessons From A Dandelion

I recall as a young child bringing bouquets of brilliant yellow flowers to my mother. It didn't matter that the stems felt sticky or that both my parents cursed the presence of these flowers in the lawn. I thought they were beautiful!

And there were so many of them!  We spent hours picking the flowers and then popping the blossoms off with a snap of our fingers. But the supply of dandelions never ran out.  My father or brothers would chop off all the heads with the lawn mower at least once a week, but that didn't stop these hardy wonders.

And for those flowers that escaped the honor of being hand-delivered to my mother or the sharp blades of the lawn mower, there was another level of existence.

The soft, round puffs of a dandelion gone to seed caused endless giggles and squeals of delight as we unwittingly spread this flower across the yard.

As I worked in my garden last week, pulling unwanted weeds out of the space that would become a haven for tomatoes, corn, peas and sunflowers, I again marveled at the flower that some call a weed. And I thought, "If only I had the staying power of a dandelion."

If only I could stretch my roots so deep and straight that something tugging on my stem couldn't separate me completely from the source that feeds me life. If only I could come back to face the world with a bright, sunshiny face after someone has run me over with a lawnmower or worse, purposely attacked me in an attempt to destroy me. If only my foliage was a nutritious source of vitamins that help others grow. If only I could spread love and encouragement as freely and fully as this flower spreads seeds of itself.

The lawns at my parents' homes are now beautiful green blankets. The only patches of color come from well-placed, well-controlled flowerbeds. Chemicals have managed to kill what human persistence couldn't.

I hope you and I can be different. I hope that we can stretch our roots deep enough that the strongest poison can't reach our souls. I hope that we can overcome the poisons of anger, fear, hate, criticism and competitiveness. I hope that we can see flowers in a world that sees weeds.

Further Thoughts on Dandelions

Dandelions are my favorite flower.

They're bright and cheerful,no matter what.

They thrive where ever they go.

They spring back when people try to cut them down

They do not fear standing out

They smell good

And they're useful-you can even eat them.

 

In a world beset by conformity and fear...

My lawn is full of dandelions!
