When you resist something it persists. When you love something, you are allowing it to be and it will pass. All things of this world pass. Nothing stays, some last longer than others but all pass. Manifestation guarantees dissolution.
The way that you and your loving planet are going to move forward to a peaceful loving era, is to allow the expression of the angry not so peaceful energies now so that they may pass. Remember, what you are able to see is only a tip of a large iceberg. When things seem out of balance or unfair to you, in the larger view, the are not. Realize if something exists, it's counterpart must exist too in your world. In a world of duality, both positive and negative are created and exist equally.
If you are seeing the negative, know that all you need do is flip your perception and there is the positive on the other side. Imagine what your experience as a piece of paper. You are looking at one side, it is labeled struggle or negative, you don't like it, naturally you want what makes you feel good, this does not. Notice if you look down the razor thin edge of the paper, there is another side, very much attached to the side that is labeled negative. Now flip over the paper and you will notice that this side is labeled positive and contains all that you desire to experience. Know that neither side comes alone, they cannot. You cannot separate one side of the paper from the other can you? You can't destroy one side without destroying the other side.
Realize it is only your labeling that makes one side positive or desirable and the other side negative or undesirable. They are equal sides are they not? So it is judgment and labeling that makes one good and one bad, is it not? Judgment and labeling are things you have a choice to do or not, once you become aware that you are doing them.
You were born here joyful, accepting, loving and non judging and non labeling. As you grew, you learned very well how to judge and label. Now you do it quite well, so well in fact you don't even realize that you do it. You judge everything, from the weather to your food, to your fellow humans to yourselves. You are most harsh on yourselves. You have acquired a "little judge" who has residence in your mind and this judge judges everything. The good news is you are not this judge. You may not be able to make him go away, but you surely don't have to listen to him or her.
So we come back to allowing. Back to acceptance. Back to knowing that what ever is occurring is perfect. Do not become disturbed by things outside of yourself. Reflect back inward and find the peace within. As you do so, the outer world will reflect the peace you feel. Find the joy within, and the outer world will reflect this joy too. Everything you desire to see in the outer world you must find within first. The allowing and acceptance you give yourself will show up as
your being more allowing and accepting of the outer world. Allow the struggle to be, if it is not your struggle do not add energy to it. If it is your struggle, know that it contains on the flip side it's opposite, no-struggle or ease. Look for the ease in your life for you will find it, it is there.
You may use this in moments when you are feeling frustrated, anxious, anguish or distress, all symptoms of struggling against what is. Close your eyes. Tap tap tap on the floor with your right foot, then tap tap tap on the floor with your left foot. Squeeze your forefinger and thumb together on your dominant hand and tell yourself with certainty that whatever you are seeing and experiencing in your life that feels undesirable is not here alone, it is here with it's opposite. Tell yourself when you open your eyes you will be acutely aware of it's opposite in your life now too. So if you see struggle, you will suddenly become aware of areas in your life that have ease and flow. If you feel malcontent, you will suddenly be aware of areas in your life in which you are content and experience contentment. If you see unrest, you will suddenly become aware of those areas in your life that have peace and rest. Then choose to focus on the feelings of contentment, ease, flow, peace and rest and you will attract more of those into your life.
