A Special Treat: Kate Loving Shenk's Prayer Prescriptions

Today I have the special honor of hosting my dear friend Kate Loving Shenk's Virtual Book Blog Tour!  I'm so honored to have Kate on my blog.  Her book is coming out very soon and is fantastic (I'm in it too!).  Here now is Kate's wonderful post!

 

Thank you Amy Flynn for hosting day 17 of the Prayer Prescriptions Virtual Book Tour. You, Amy, have been a great source of support for the book,  Prayer Prescriptions: Spiritual Remedies For Long Lasting Health.

My dogs Mukunda and Ulysses absolutely love you. I will always remember Ulysses listening to one of your teleseminars where  you and the Collective gave a talk about time and timelessness. Ulysses also listened  when you gave the talk about the Crystalline Grid. We were both swooning in ecstasy for days after that.

I described this in the book and a friend of mine laughed hysterically when he read that part. Time, timelessness, and the Crystalline Grid helped me to deal with the so-called death of both of my dogs.

Is there such a thing as death and deathlessness? The simultaneous here and now is where the dogs live and will always live. The free zone is what I call it in the book.

The more we live and experience the free zone, which is where your Prayer Prescriptions exist, where you can't tolerate disingenuous, otherwise known as phony, fake rules and regulations, the more we do what we are called to do.

And we Do It when our psyche is in harmony with our Divine Calling.

This Earth Day: Honor the Earth with a Sacred Offering Ceremony

 

Today is Earth Day, April 22. It is the specific day that has been set aside for us to honor our beloved Gaia.  In truth every day is Earth day, for in this time of evolutionary shift and expansion, it is essential that we come from Love and act in partnership with the Earth in every moment.  

 

There are as many diverse ways of honoring Earth Day and our Earth as there are people doing the honoring. One wonderful way to do something beautiful to honor the Earth, is to practice Sacred Reciprocity.  The Earth gives us so much, this is an opportunity to reciprocate with a sacred ceremony of offering to the Earth. Your ceremony can be as powerful and as sacred as you make it, you create it to express your Love and Gratitude.

 

This idea comes from the Pachamama Alliance, an organization dedicated to preserving the Amazon Rain Forest and the ways of the indigenous cultures that live there and take care of the Rainforest.   The energy of the Sacred Reciprocity is beautiful, very loving and nurturing.  A beautiful 'hug' to give our Earth.  You are invited to create your own sacred ceremony of offering to the Pachamama (Mother Earth).  This loving action enhanced with the energy of the New Moon, the Earth's loving satellite, will create a magical bond between you and the Pachamama.
